随着经济的发展，人民生活水平的不断提高，现代人追求生活质量已是理所当然。高质量生活的标准之一便是健康。国家为2保障人民健康，正大力改善饮用水质量，严防水质污染。但是，鉴于目前国内给排水管件基本上还采用铜材、不锈钢等金属材料，长期代使用仍会产生二次污染。因此，以工业与民用给排水管道系统为主的管路“绿色革命”势在必行。
With economic development, living standard of people is improving continuously. It is rational for modern people to pursue better quality of life. One of criteria for high life quality is health. In order to improve life’s quality of people, State is making great efforts to improve quality of potable water and strictly prevent pollution on running water. However, since the basic material of pipeline for water supply and drainage is metal, such as copper, stainless steel, etc. it is difficult to avoid the secondary pollution during long time use. Therefore, a green revolution is necessary for pipeline of supply and drainage of industrial and civil water.
针对管路“绿色革命”这一课题，浙江省海宁市顺安达塑料管件厂以关怀人类健康为终极目标，引进高科技人才，研制开发专利产品-——聚酰胺增强树脂管路连接组件，取名“金潮”尼龙管件。本产品采用聚酰胺增强树脂为原料，用外径紧固达到密封效果，并申请国家专利[ZL.94.1.00854.1]技术。经国家权威机构检定，证实其质量已达到国内同类产品领先水平，它与铝塑管、PEX管、PVC管等新型管材配套使用最为理想。
To serve human health is a development goal of Shun’anda Plastic Pipe Fittings Plant of Haining City. In order to realize objective of “Green revolution”, the plant has formed a Hi-Tech professional team, and researched and developed a series of patent products – pipe fittings made by reinforced polyamide resin, i.e. nylon pipe fittings with Brand “Jinchao”. The main raw material is reinforced polyamide resin. It has a reinforced external side with an excellent sealing effect. This technology has a national patent (Patent No. ZL.94.2.02283.1). The results of inspection and testing by State authoritative institutions indicate that the quality of products has reached a leading level in China compared with similar products. It is an optimal product for application with various new type pipes, such as aluminum-plastic pipes, PEX pipes and PVC pipes.
“金潮”尼龙管件现有直通、弯通、三通和堵头等四大类别，产品规格从14-63MM总计200余种。尤其是新开发的40、50、63MM大口径规格，备受用户青睐。公司目前拥有先进注塑生产线12条，年生产能力8000万套。取高科技精华，还健康之水质。公司融“猛进如潮，敬业奉献”之海宁精神，挟现代“绿色革命”之强劲东风，力求以更多的规格，更优的品质，更完美的服务挑战管路领域，竭力支持我国的管路建设。
Nylon pipe fittings of Brand “Jinchao” are divided into 4 types, covering straight fittings, bending fittings, tee fittings and bottom sub. It includes more than 200 kinds of products with various diameters from 14 to 63 mm. The new products with big diameter such as 40, 50 and 63 mm especially attract attention of clients. At present, our company possesses 12 advanced production lines for injection moulding with annual capacity of 80 million sets. Our company has made great efforts to use high-tech in order to improve water quality. Being full of Haining Spirit of “Dedication and contribution to enterprise advancing” and following the Green revolution principles, the company will offer pipe fittings with more specifications, better quality and better service with an aim to challenge pipeline system and support pipeline construction in China.
2 Property and feature二、性能和特点：
1、抗冻耐温，工作温度-30℃-150℃；
2、抗震性强，标准工作压力在2.0mpa以上；
3、耐腐蚀，不结垢，卫生指标符合GB/T17219-1998标准；
4、重量轻，运输方便；
5、安装方便、快捷、安全、无需“攻丝”工序；
6、成本低于品质铜管件50%左右；
7、可直接用于工业与民用工程：纯净水、冷热水、太阳能、空调、医疗、食品、化工等流体和气体输送管道系统的连接；
8、基材为聚酰增强树脂，结构上加用内嵌或内套铜圈，柔韧性、坚固性极佳，使用寿命长。
(1) Tolerance to freezing and high temperature: its operational temperature -30°C - 150°C;
(2) High tolerance to vibration, with standard operational pressure more than 2.0 MPa;
(3) Corrosion resistance without fouling, its sanitary quality meets standard of GB/T17219-1998;
(4) Light and convenient for transportation;
(5) Easy, rapid, convenient and safe for installation, without process of tapping;
(6) The cost is lower by about 50% compared with that of copper pipe fittings with same quality;
(7) Can be directly used in industrial or civil pipeline engineering projects, including transportation pipeline for liquid and gas such as purified water, cool or hot water, solar energy, air conditioner, medical facility, food and chemical industry and so on;
(8) Basic material is reinforced polyamide resin, with embedded internal copper sleeve, that has the best flexibility and solidity and long service life.
3 Principal technical indicators are shown as follows: 三、主要技术指标如下：
1、卫生指标应符合GB/T17219-1998生活饮用水输送配设备及卫生防护材料安全性评价标准；
2、外观：符合内外表面光滑、平整，无凹陷，裂缝和其他影响性能的表面缺陷，不含有可见杂质，同时应色泽均匀一致；
3、耐压性能测试压力：≤14mm为7.0Mpa；＜16mm-18mm为5.0Mpa；
≤18为25mm为4.0Mpa；≥25mm5为2.4Mpa；
测试时间为5MIN，无渗漏、破裂；
4、交变试验：10次冷热循环后，加压2.4Mpa；保持10MIN，无渗漏、破裂；
5、强度性能在-10℃下放置1h后加压2.4Mpa，保持10MIN；
在100℃下放置1h后加压2.4Mpa，保持10MIN；两者应无渗漏、破裂。
6、产品在150℃下长时间做高温检测，加压2.0Mpa保持200h以上，管件应无渗漏、破裂；
7、常规条件下，做管环径向拉伸试验，产品拉伸强度为≥2000N；≤5300N。
