Authoritative and uniqueness
This is the only exposition on housing industry sponsored by Ministry of Construction, P.R. China in 2007. It has 30,000m2 of exhibition area. The exhibition is designed as a world-class event dedicated to showcasing the achievement of China’s housing industry and to further integrating the industry with new development trends in the world.

Asia represents 57% of the global construction market, whereas a lion share of the market is in China. For example, new constructed areas in China were well over two billion m2 in both 2003 and 2004. China has been opening its huge market to the world; and more and more foreign companies are bringing their ideas, materials, manufacturing, technologies, and management skills to China.

1. Shell Schell booth including three (or two)-side wall partition, one table, two chairs, light, one 220V/10A electricity power outlet, one set of white board with booth number and company name.
2. It can be rented if raw space needs carpet，light，power supply，table，chair and so on. Exhibitors should pay for the self-build venue fees to exhibition center directly as their price list.
